Merger reveals scale of Kennedy Wilson’s Irish investments

Five-star hotels, exclusive golf and private members’ clubs, gleaming offices home to blue-chip companies; the true scale of global real estate giant Kennedy Wilson’s Irish holdings has been laid bare in filings associated with a multibillion-euro merger.
