The owners of the landmark Westbury Hotel off Dublin’s Grafton Street are planning a €50 million expansion of the property over the coming years, the Business Post can reveal.
Details of the planned refurbishment are contained in a dossier prepared by Mola Architecture, a Dublin-based firm, on behalf of The Doyle Collection, the family-run hotel group which owns the business, and submitted to Dublin City Council.
