Labour Court urges 2 per cent pay hike at Irish Cement

The Labour Court has recommended a 2 per cent pay increase for staff at Irish Cement, to take effect this year.

A hearing was held in February to resolve an industrial dispute involving a pay claim for 11 per cent after earlier talks at the Workplace Relations Commission failed to result in an agreement.
