Kilkenny Group: son may seek order to sell firm’s assets

Gregory O’Gorman, who has launched legal proceedings against his mother Marian O’Gorman to secure a 25 per cent stake in the Kilkenny Group, has warned that if necessary he will seek an order directing the winding up and sale of all assets owned by the partnership behind the retail chain.
