A debt recovery agency has taken legal action against directors of a well-known travel agency arising from alleged default on settlement agreement of more than €3 million.
Everyday Finance launched High Court proceedings against David and Margaret Walsh, directors of companies which traded as Joe Walsh Tours, over a 2020 settlement agreement which related to personal and corporate liabilities.
