Irish intensive care units (ICUs) had lower mortality rates for treating Covid patients during the worst of the pandemic compared to those in the UK, a new study has found.

The audit from the National Office of Clinical Audit developed a a risk-prediction model based on the outcomes for Covid patients in the UK in March and April 2020.
