Illann Power originally pleaded guilty to one charge of providing false information relating to the filing of annual returns with the Companies Registration Office

Illann Power, the Irish businessman who pleaded guilty to false financial reporting in March, has withdrawn his guilty plea.

In March Power pleaded guilty in court to one charge of providing false information contrary to section 876 of the Companies Act 2014, relating to the filing of false B1 annual returns with the Companies Registration Office.

Today he was granted leave by Judge Bryan Smyth in the Dublin Metropolitan District Court to withdraw that plea. ...
