Entrepreneur Illann Power pleads guilty to false information charge
Power remanded on continuing bail until April 20 when he will appear at Dublin District Court for sentencing
Illann Power, an Irish entrepreneur, has pleaded guilty to one charge of providing false information relating to the filing of annual returns with the Companies Registration Office.
Power was arrested and brought before the Criminal Courts of Justice in July last following an investigation by the Corporate Enforcement Authority (CEA).
Power is previously a founder of Incubrands. He also co-created Nohovation, a start-up venture fund, and Illann Power Companies, an investment firm.
