INTO and Fórsa vote to accept public pay deal

The unions voted by substantial margins in favour of the deal today

Members of the Irish National Teachers Union (INTO) and Fórsa have voted to approve the 10.75 per cent pay deal negotiated with the government in January.

INTO members voted 82 per cent in favour of the agreement, while 94 per cent of Fórsa members - the largest public sector union - voted to green light the deal.
