Irish corporate financial advisor IBI Corporate Finance (IBI) has been acquired by DC Advisory in a deal understood to be worth over €25 million.

DC Advisory is the corporate finance arm of Daiwa Securities Group, a Japanese investment bank.

The deal makes IBI the first and only international independent investment bank in Ireland, offering clients access to international buyers and assets and a pool of nearly 700 bankers in 23 locations, according to a statement ...
