Hotel group Dalata’s revenue tops €600m but profits fall

The company, which operates the Clayton and Maldron Hotel brands, said it had seen a decline in the first two months of 2024

Dalata, Ireland’s largest hotel group, saw revenues grow 18 per cent in 2023 to €607.7 million.

Occupancy rose from 75.8 per cent to 80 per cent, while the average room rate was up from €134.80 to €143.36, with the revenue per available room at €114.67 compared to €102.23 the previous year.
