Growth of sales in new hybrid and electric cars continues in July
New figures show an increase in electric and plug in vehicles licensed grew 66 per cent
The number of new cars licensed in July this year rose by 20 per cent, or 3,028 cars from July last year, according to CSO statistics.
In total, 18,106 new cars were registered in July this year compared to 15,078 in July 2022.
