Google’s Dublin location is among those earmarked for transformation, with the company intending to create centralised “hubs” at a small pool of its global offices as it seeks to overhaul its finance operation.

In a memo to employees in Google’s finance departments, first obtained by US business outlet CNBC, the firm’s chief financial officer announced plans to restructure its finance operation in a move that will result in further redundancies at the tech giant.
