Gender pay gap firms ‘must outline steps towards equality’

Beginning in December, companies with more than 250 employees must publish their salary data, revealing gender pay gaps and the reasons for them

Companies that reveal gender pay gaps when they are legally required to publish salary data later this year should use the opportunity to outline what steps they are taking to improve equality, a director at Deloitte has said.
