Game maker Sega to acquire Dermot Smurfit jr’s gambling firm GAN

Sega Sammy Holdings, the Japanese maker of popular games such as Sonic the Hedgehog, is to acquire GAN, the online gaming company founded by Dermot Smurfit jr, for more than $86 million, the company has announced in a new stock exchange filing.
