Galway arts cinema to finally open, but legacy issues remain

A decade later and €3m over budget, the arthouse film centre has loose ends yet to be tied up

More than ten years after it was first pitched, and at a cost running close to €10 million, Galway’s first arthouse cinema is set to open “within weeks”, Andrew Lowe of Element Pictures has told The Sunday Business Post.
