Former IDA official among two Irishmen sanctioned by US over alleged Russian links

Two Irish businessmen, including a former IDA Ireland official, have been sanctioned by the US government for their involvement in a company that has allegedly operated in Russia.

Liam Eoin Fraher and Dermot O'Reilly, both of whom are senior officials at a financial services company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), have been listed on an official sanctions list published by the US Department of the Treasury.
