Tetrarch puts five-star Mount Juliet hotel on the market
Owners of the Mount Juliet Estate in Kilkenny put the five-star hotel and golf resort up for sale following a number of approaches
The owners of Mount Juliet Estate have confirmed that they have appointed JLL to explore the sale of luxury hotel, at a guide price in excess of €45 million.
The decision was made following a number of recent unsolicited approaches and comes almost ten years after Tetrarch, in partnership with a number of Irish investors, acquired the 500-acre estate in 2014 from the Killeen Group for €15 million.
