Businesses owned by a Dominican Republic-based millionaire have offloaded millions of euro worth of Irish property.
The divestment has come after Didier De Witte, a Belgian businessman convicted in 2019 for evading more than €1 million in tax, secured planning permission to build 202 houses and 182 apartments on the lands.
