Grocery sales up 4% as inflation drops to two-year low

Online shopping at supermarkets grew by 19.5 per cent in the early stages of this year, according to new data released by Kantar, the global consultancy giant.

Irish shoppers spent an additional €33 million through online supermarket channels in the the three months to April 14, with new customers boosting online sales by €14.1 million.
