Firms advised to be open about how they plan to close gender pay gap

New law means companies with over 250 staff must report pay discrepancies within the next six months

Firms reporting their gender pay gaps for the first time can take several steps to rectify any discrepancies, Anne Kelleher, director and head of reward services in the global employee services team at Deloitte Ireland, has said.
