Fish Box serves up sustainable expansion of ‘sea to fork’ dining with Brexit boost

Micheál Flannery, co-founder of family seafood restaurant Fish Box, is ploughing €400,000 into the business as part of a significant expansion following its launch five years ago.

The Dingle-based restaurant and takeaway received €200,000 in grant aid towards its investment under the Brexit Blue Economy Enterprise Development Scheme.
