A drinks company fronted by former Fair City actor Victor Burke has struck a deal to acquire some trademark and image rights related to Irish writer Oscar Wilde.

Recent company filings show that several members of the Irish-Italian Cafolla family have acquired shares in Burke’s company, Oscar Wilde Spirits, as part of the deal.
