A legal case being taken at EU level is being closely monitored by the Land Development Agency as it has the potential to scupper its plans for up to 700 homes in Dublin 8.
The LDA is preparing plans to develop between 600 and 700 homes at St Teresa’s Gardens, a state-owned site in Dublin. The project will include a 22-storey tower.
