Esprit Investments, owned by Jones Engineering founder Eric Kinsella, has been blocked in its attempt to build one of the biggest hotels in central Dublin.
Late last year, Kinsella’s investment firm applied for permission to build a 300-bedroom, seven-storey hotel on a site between Merrion Square and the Grand Canal.
