Sacked teacher Enoch Burke has been granted a temporary injunction against the holding of a disciplinary appeal before a three-person panel tomorrow, a High Court judge has ruled.

Ms Justice Eileen Roberts heard an ex-parte application brought by Burke this afternoon where he sought to prevent the scheduled hearing from going ahead in Tullamore tomorrow morning.
