A new study from Littler, an employment and labour law business, has found that enforcing staff office attendance is proving challenging for employers in Europe.

The study of 780 business leaders across the continent found that 30 per cent of employers are requiring staff to be in the office every day, while 58 per cent last year offer hybrid models that require some in person work.
