The Peter McVerry Trust has said it requires more than €5 million worth of emergency funding due to financial issues that have arisen at the charity, the Business Post understands.

In August, the Business Post first revealed that the Peter McVerry Trust had alerted Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien of “potential financial issues” at the homeless charity.
