Eir and Ryanair top CCPC list of most complained about companies

Regulator said almost 40,000 Irish consumers contacted their helpline in 2023

Eir and Ryanair were the two most complained-about companies in Ireland last year, according to the latest figures from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).

Nearly 40,000 calls were made to the regulator’s helpline from consumers, the authority said. The top 5 most complained-about firms in Ireland were Eir, which is led by Oliver Loomes, with 545 calls and Ryanair, with 515. Currys ranked third with 458 complaints, followed by Vodafone with 453 and ...
