Dublin-based Waystone completes merger with KB Associates

Deal will form one company with assets under management of €175 billion

Waystone has operations in Ireland, Britain, the US, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong and Singapore

Waystone, the Dublin-headquartered financial services group, has completed the merger of KB Associates (KBA), the management and consultancy services firm, into the Waystone Group.

The deal was first announced in January last year.

Waystone was founded in 2021 through the merger of three financial services firms: DMS Governance and Montlake, both Irish firms, and the Luxembourg-based MDO.
