Dublin Airport to seek judicial review against council as flight-restriction order is paused

DAA, the operator of Dublin airport, has been granted leave to seek a judicial review against Fingal County Council’s decision to limit night time flights between 11pm and 7am to 65 flights or less on the grounds that it is an “unreasoned and incomplete decision” and a breach of fair procedure.
