Dublin Airport operator seeks concessions to bypass council in planning applications

The operator of Dublin Airport is seeking permission to make direct planning applications to An Bord Pleanála rather than having to go through the local authority for permission.

In a submission to the Department of Housing, DAA sought the concession to make direct applications to the planning authority where there are no aircraft noise implications.
