An Irish pub company in Washington DC is suing the owners of an Irish pub in Boston in a dispute over who gets to use the name ‘The Dubliner’ in the US, court documents show.
Dubliner Inc, run by the Coleman family in Washington DC, is alleging that the Boston-based business has infringed on its trademarks.
