Developer Conor Clarkson yet to pay €565k to settle rent arrears case with investment firm

Conor Clarkson has been ordered by a High Court judge to pay €565,000 as part of a settlement agreement in a rent arrears case.

The Celtic Tiger-era property developer had undertaken to pay the money as part of a confidential settlement agreed last October but the High Court heard today that the sum had not been paid by the agreed date this month.
