DAA ‘did not include’ extra flight arrivals in passenger cap emissions assessment

DAA did not include private jet flights in its assessment of the extra emissions lifting the passenger cap at Dublin Airport could lead to, Fingal County Council has said.

The local authority asked DAA to update its aviation emissions assessment to include these flights, or provide “further justification” for excluding them from its planning documents.
