Four in five Irish consumers are less brand loyal now than they were two years ago

The cost of living crisis is impacting brand loyalty, according to new research by ServiceNow, the workflow software business.

The study found that 82 per cent of Irish consumers are less brand loyal now than they were two years ago, slightly above the EMEA average of 76 per cent.
