The competition watchdog has expressed concern about a driving school being blocked from delivering a training course at a cheaper price.

The Hynes-Quinn driving school in the Midlands has been trying for the past five years to get the go-ahead for a road transport managers’ course, which is legally required under EU law for all operators of haulage firms.
