The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has issued its preliminary assessments over the proposed acquisition by Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) of a car park in Dublin 9.

In the assessment, the CCPC sees preliminary concerns about how the proposed acquisition might reduce competition in the provision of public car parking around Dublin Airport.

The site located on the Swords Road in Santry, Dublin was previously operated by a third party under the QuickPark brand.
