Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Co Council warns Comer Group of ‘responsibility in relation to public right of way’ in the area
The Comer Group has objected to a demand from Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Co Council for a public road to be installed through its land near the Kilternan hotel development.
The company, controlled by Luke and Barry Comer, acquired the property in 2014 for €7 million. The Comers secured planning permission to develop an equine training facility on the lands in 2016.
