Coimisiún na Meán agrees to deal on headquarters

The recently formed body will use an office in Ballsbridge that was previously occupied by IBM

Coimisiún na Meán (CnaM) has agreed a deal to lease offices at One Shelbourne Buildings in Ballsbridge in Dublin 4. CnaM will occupy 21,000 square feet of space at the site on a five year lease, with rent of about €50 per square foot at the development by Iput. The location had previously been occupied by IBM.
