Central Bank launches inquiry into unnamed individual involved in regulated firm

The Central Bank has launched a public inquiry into an unnamed individual involved in the management of a regulated firm, the Business Post can reveal.

Membership of the inquiry - which is distinct from its normal regulation and enforcement activities - will consist of former High Court judge Mr Justice Iarfhlaith O’Neill, former UK chief constable Dame Elizabeth Neville, and Graham O’Brien.
