Two firms aim for €5 million fund to finance movies

It takes a lot of cash to get from lights, camera, action to the big screen, and even fully financed film and TV projects can encounter cash flow problems during production. To counter this, BCP Asset Management, in partnership with Grant Thornton, is launching a second film finance scheme to provide short-term loans to fully financed film and TV projects produced in Ireland and Britain.
