Business Post view: Capital’s law and order crisis can no longer go unchallenged

There can be no tolerance for any argument that the original attack was linked to immigration and was therefore a legitimate focus of protest

When sound and fury descended on central Dublin on Thursday evening, the important story was obscured – that two girls, aged five and six, lie injured in hospital. They were the victims, along with a five-year-old boy and an adult woman, of the attack outside Gaelscoil Choláiste Mhuire on Parnell Square that triggered the worst outbreak of violence the city has endured for many years.
