A shock ruling in the High Court in London this morning has thrown up another massive headache for British Prime Minister Theresa May as she seeks to negotiateBritain’s exit from the EU.

Judge John Thomas ruled that Britain must hold a vote in parliament before triggering Article 50 of the EU treaty, which sets a two-year countdown to Brexit in motion.
