The manager of an estate at the centre of a legal dispute with John Magnier will be bringing a motion to have the case struck out next month, the High Court has heard.

Richard Thomson-Moore, whose family have owned Barne Estate since 1654, said through his counsel that this motion would be filed in December along with his defence.
