Bankruptcy officials have said that property developer Tom McFeely has refused to disclose his home address for the past three and a half years, making it impossible to assess his commercial dealings and assets.
The Priory Hall developer is understood to have spent at least some of that time living and working in London, but will only supply an address in Derry for correspondence.
