BAI talks to British broadcasters who may base EU services here

The Irish system is similar to that of Ofcom in Britain, and operates under comparable codes and rules

The broadcasting regulator is hoping to lure several British-based broadcasters to Ireland following Brexit.

The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) has met a number of broadcasters in Britain who are looking for countries in which to potentially base their European broadcasting services once Britain leaves the EU.
