Anti-eviction campaigner loses bid to save home

The man behind The Hub-Ireland, an organisation aimed at helping lay litigants fight evictions, has lost his own case against Pepper Finance

The man behind The Hub-Ireland, an organisation aimed at helping lay litigants fight evictions, has lost his own case against Pepper Finance. On appeal, the High Court has granted Pepper an order for the repossession of the family home of Byron Jenkins and his wife Adrienne in Kildare.
