Less than half of ambulances arrived on time to meet key targets set down by the health regulator this year, new figures show.

Data from the HSE shows that just 45.58 per cent of ambulances arrived at the scene of a life-threatening non-cardiac incident within 19 minutes of being notified in 2021.
