Airbnb warns of legal glitch with ‘heavy-handed’ rules

Airbnb has warned that Minister for Housing Eoghan Murphy’s plan to restrict homesharing in Dublin could be constitutionally challenged.

The company has intensified its lobbying efforts in recent months ahead of proposals to limit the use of its platform from July.
